Ordering from us you are in agreement to never hold us liable for shipping delay as long as we have given you proper notice. Or damage to your item as long as we have purchased insurance. If you cancel your wedding due to improper fit we cannot be held accountable as long as we have made every attempt possible to fix the improper fit within a reasonable amount of time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason by issuing you a complete refund of the purchase price minus any pay pal fees incurred. Changes made by you after an order is placed will be accommodated if possible but cannot be guaranteed. Any difference in price must be paid for in advance.

All alterations are the buyers responsibility, all items arrive ready to wear to your measurements, unless you ask for no hem so that you can work with your under garments before final fitting.

Any liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price and at sole discretion of Majestic Manor Costumes.
